Good Will Hunting - What Do You Want?

Good Will Hunting was released in the United States on December 5, 1997 and in Japan on March 7, 1998. This movie was directed by Gus Van Sant and written by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.

Good Will Hunting stars Matt Damon as Will Hunting, Robin Williams as Sean Maguire and Ben Affleck as Chuckie Sullivan, and others. Surprisingly, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck wrote the script for the movie and also appeared as actors.

The movie tells the story of communication of the mind between a genius boy, Will Hunting, and psychologist Sean Maguire. Will has a genius brain, but his childhood trauma prevents him from building trust with others and routinely leads to delinquency. Will's professor at university then asks psychologist Sean Maguire to rehabilitate Will. However, it became clear that Sean Maguire, like Will, is a person lacking in mind due to a past event. Therefore, they can understand each other deeply, and we can see their growth.

This movie has a lot of impressive lines, especially Sean Maguire's lines and Chuckie Sullivan's lines resonated with me. Unfortunately, Robin Williams, who stars as Sean Maguire, died in 2014 at the age of 63. The lines left by Robin Williams make me think more deeply. And, Chuckie Sullivan appears as Will's best friend. The two actors, who wrote the script together, are real best friends, so I think their friendship is depicted naturally and realistically in this movie.

This is one of the best movies I've ever watched, so please watch it if you can.
